I was told that you're not supposed to wear headphones while healing a conch piercing, but while I understand why you wouldn't wanna wear AirPods like headphones that directly touch the piercing, I was wondering if it's ok to wear overhear headphones since It was always super uncomfortable wearing headphones during the healing stage. I was 14 and stupid so I’d push the piercing forward so I could fit them, but I know better now haha. Now that it’s been so long, I have no problems with any headphones. My tragus has been my least painful piercing to date, but the noise was pretty gross lol. Can you wear headphones with a forward helix?
